Guangyuan series new series induction heater adopts DSP+FPGA structure with full-digital high-efficiency and precise control technology, which can automatically track the resonant frequency and ensure that IGBT is always steady in any situation even ZCS or ZVS is the soft-switching state, which makes the IGBT work state optimal, its own power consumption is smaller, and the whole machine is more efficient. It completely solves the shortcomings of the analog circuit, and ensures the stability of the whole system. The external interface and simple man-machine interface make the connection between the equipment and the production line more convenient.
